You can order Products from Portel AV Limited on our Website by completing the online order form at the Checkout. In order to provide our customers with the best possible service, we will then send you an automatic email to acknowledge receipt of your order. However, the acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance of your order which will take place only on despatch of that order. Please note Products will not be despatched until funds are cleared. Although we aim to despatch Products in one consignment, sometimes this is not possible and we may need to despatch Products separately. If so, our acceptance of the order in respect of each Product takes place when that Product is despatched.
Full details of prices are given in the Products section of our Website. You are responsible for payment of all taxes and duties in your local jurisdiction.
The price of the Product does not include the delivery charge which will be displayed at the Checkout.
Product and price information are both subject to change. If you make payment in a currency which is different to the currency of your Bank or credit card statements, then please note the price quoted may differ slightly from that charged to you due to currency fluctuations. We may need to review our prices if the cost to Portel AV Limited of delivering the Products to you or if the cost of any resources or materials used by us changes, and such change is beyond our reasonable control.
Details on how to pay are set out in the Payment section on our Website. You agree that Portel AV Limited may take commercially reasonable actions to validate your payment and account details. We will not despatch the Product to you until we receive payment.

*Sellers are not liable for delivery time. This information is provided by the postal service / carrier and excludes weekends and bank holidays. Note that delivery times may vary, particularly during peak periods.
Return of faulty goods will require a Returns Note to be issued by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org stating the nature of the fault and the invoice number. On return the equipment will be fully tested, repaired or replaced and delivered back as soon as possible.
For products ordered in error or not required we require an email to email@example.com stating the reason you wish to return the goods. Any item returned with 14 days in its original packaging will be tested and a credit issued less 10% stocking charge and any telephone time used up to the point of receipt of the returned goods. A restocking charge of 10% is required for all hardware and telephone numbers purchased. Portel AV Limited do not accept liability for any postage costs, we strongly advise the use of a ‘to be signed for’ service when returning goods. All hardware carries a fully return to base twelve month warranty for manufacturing faults. Any third party attempt to repair equipment or alter programming will be void any warranty. These terms of business do not void your statutary rights in common Law.
The handling time is the number of business days the seller will take to post the item after receiving your cleared payment. A payment is considered “cleared” after the money from the buyer has been deposited into the seller’s account. If the buyer pays by Credit or Debit card, the payment may clear immediately. However if the buyer pays by cheque or money order, it may take several days.
This does not include the number of business days the postal service will take to deliver the item to you.
When Portel AV Limited has specified a handling time or a certain postal service with transit times, we will provide buyers with an estimated delivery time. By knowing the estimated delivery time, you can determine how long it will take to receive the item. “Business days” are normal weekdays. Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays do not count as business days, so you’ll want to keep them in mind as you determine the earliest delivery date for you.
If you want to receive the item quickly, complete your payment to Portel AV Limited as soon as possible.
Domestic Handling Time
We usually dispatch within 3 working days of receiving cleared payment.
International Handling Time
We usually dispatch within 4 working days of receiving cleared payment.
Estimated Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time is based on the seller’s handling time, the postal service selected, and when the seller receives cleared payment. In certain cases, the estimated delivery time will vary. By knowing the estimated delivery time, you can determine how long it will take to receive the item.
Some postal services provide an estimate for number of days that it will take the carrier to deliver the item to the buyer. This transit time does not include the seller’s handling time. It includes normal weekdays. Often Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays are not included in transit time estimates
